Lory State Park, located along the edge of Horsetooth
Reservoir in Larimer County, offers fabulous scenery and seclusion
just minutes from Fort Collins. Extensive trails offer visitors
terrain for mountain biking, hiking and horseback riding. Visitors
can experience Lory's wildlife and colorful wildflowers along any
trail. Horseback riding enthusiasts enjoy the Double Diamond Stables
and cross-country jumping course. Visitors can tour the park by
foot, horseback, buggy or hay wagon. Beautiful Lory State Park is
open to explore and enjoy all year long.

Lory State Park offers over 25 miles of trail to hike, bike, and
horseback ride on. Enjoy a picnic or BBQ and explore the park for
wildflowers, wildlife, or scenic vistas. Browse the visitor center
and the new interpretive displays!

Directions - Take U.S. 287 north from Ft. Collins through LaPorte,
then turn left at the Bellvue Exit onto County Road 23N. Turn left
again, go 1.4 miles and take a right on County Road 25G. Drive another
1.6 miles to the park entrance.
