Business Park Information
On the north side, Interlocken is the newest of the three business parks
and is still under development. This area boasts 10 minute commuter
airport access, Interstate-36 access, and a major shopping area newly
finished at Flatirons Crossing. The area surrounding Interlocken is
predominantly newer developed suberbs and rural area but is building
up quickly.
As one drives toward the Mile High City, the skyline is obvious and
ominous. The Citibank building (resembles a comma upside down), Qwest,
and Wells Fargo Bank skyscrapers line the sky with glass and beautiful
lights at night. If you lower your gaze you happen upon three brand
new state of the art arenas. Pepsi Center for basketball and hockey,
Coors Field for Baseball, and Invesco Field at Mile High for our beloved
football. Downtown is renovating all of the older buildings and is becoming
a first class area of the city.
On the south side, the Denver Tech Center is the middle brother of the
three business parks. This area boasts 10 minute commuter airport access
as well, C-470 access, Interstate-225 access. Interstate-25 access,
and a major shopping area newly finished at Park Meadows. The area surrounding
the Tech center has been developed for rougly 10-20 years and is in
the process of refurbishing infrastructure to keep up with demand.
